My Disease

My life was turned upside down when I was 4 and half years as I discovered after a blood test that I won't be able to walk slowly as years went by. My Parents decided to give me all the happiness in the world so that I won't feel let down. I loved to travel and they decided to show me every place on Earth where I could go. I have visited most corners of my Beautiful Country India. I have also been to Europe, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa even before I had completed grade 10

Ever since, I reached grade five, my language kept improving, and, by the time I passed out from grade ten, it had become good enough to make my ambition of becoming a writer of stories. I had always had that ability to channel my ideas easily into words.    I was always trying to express myself through words. Black clouds close out the sun’s hot rays, The hot Earth waits for the cool water, It looks as if the sky sheds tears for the Earth, The time nears for Earth’s rebirth. The clouds opens the taps wetting the Earth, Seeing that all my sorrows get washed away, I look at kids running onto the street to play, The wet smell of the Earth refreshes me. India is a country with major national issues to be solved being at hand to be solved. Many of these problems are found in the mineral rich eastern parts of the country where low economic development has lead to drastic illiteracy, poverty leading to armed struggle from the tribals in the form of the Naxal movement.   The Naxalites have a huge presence in this region, controlling heavily forested areas. They  are tribals who rose up against the government in the late 1970s.The conflict goes back to the failure of implementing the 5th and 9th Schedules of the Constitution of India. Most teens prefer keeping in contact with their friends through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. Some of them find it difficult to interact verbally. The biggest advantage is that one can interact with far away cousins and friends that one made in another city. Social media applications also allow picture and video sharing. The amount of fuel spent on carrying out attacks in enemy territory by land, air or water is a lot. A Story From My Life

My family has done a lot of work in the field of education under the guidance of my late grandfather. Some 30 years ago, he designed the plan of a school to be built in our native town. That building used to conduct classes for boys till 10th. Now it conducts classes only upto 8th. In January 2012, after my grandfather’s demise, the school authorities called on us. They wished to conduct classes till 12th in the same compound. In February 2012, the work started and the new building was inaugurated on 31st March 2013. In the inauguration ceremony, I made a speech invoking the memory of my grandfather. The school was named in memory of my grandfather. By the month of May all the classes were operational. In the construction of this building, my father gave a lot of time and energy, but, a sterner test was yet to come.
