My Disease

My life was turned upside down when I was 4 and half years as I discovered after a blood test that I won't be able to walk slowly as years went by. My Parents decided to give me all the happiness in the world so that I won't feel let down. I loved to travel and they decided to show me every place on Earth where I could go. I have visited most corners of my Beautiful Country India. I have also been to Europe, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa even before I had completed grade 10

India is a country with major national issues to be solved being at hand to be solved. Many of these problems are found in the mineral rich eastern parts of the country where low economic development has lead to drastic illiteracy, poverty leading to armed struggle from the tribals in the form of the Naxal movement.   The Naxalites have a huge presence in this region, controlling heavily forested areas. Nepal Shaken by Earthquake which was always expected in the area

The Earthquake in Nepal had been expected by geologists doing research work there.Some parts of Eastern India and Southern Nepal are categorised as Terai region which is known to be composed of soft soil and were originally wetlands. The Himalayas are the second most earthquake prone regions on Earth after The Pacific Ring Of Fire a ring of 425 active volcanoes that stretches from Japan to Canada.No presence of serious seismic activity in The Himalayan Region had scientists staring open mouthed.  But, Mother Nature had its reply in the form of this devastating earthquake. I know its cruel for me to justify such devastation. This earthquake's inevitability struck me very hard. But, the Nepal capital's buildings had been hurriedly built and were not built to withstand earthquakes of such high intensity and authorities were caught napping in the rescue operation. MY AMBITION

Ever since, I reached grade five, my language kept improving, and, by the time I passed out from grade ten, it had become good enough to make my ambition of becoming a writer of stories. I had always had that ability to channel my ideas easily into words.    I was always trying to express myself through words. When I was about 2 and a half, I got this problem of repeating words thrice, slowly this problem receded, but, I remained a shy speaker in my class till I reached grade ten. In the farewell, I took the emotional approach of saying goodbye to my friends by making a speech, laced with a thank you to some bullies who had made my life miserable, but, also contributed to my becoming a rock of calmness amidst all I suffered in words. I kept myself cool and showed these bullies the door out of my mind. The bullies used to strike me down by telling me about my physical frailties. The wind doesn't know what it whispers these days, The weather has always held a power to amaze, Each time there's a different tune the rain plays, I don't like how dangerously the coconut tree sways. The heart was never afraid of being set on fire, I have realized love is something we can't acquire, You also can't expect to find it in a proven liar, It can't be found in someone full of worldly desire. I can't find someone who makes my heart whisper, Someone who makes life seem like a fun adventure, Someone who finds beauty in the endless azure, Someone who laughs with me as I turn balder. Life is all about small moments is what I've heard, It ain't a broth that needs to be carefully stirred, It is about embracing that which is unheard, Finding some lessons which can be transferred.

The world is always on the verge of war, the last year has brought some highly volatile conflicts in the Middle East. Syria, Iraq and Yemen are at the behest of militants, the countries where all this mayhem is on are rich in crude oil and many other minerals. The poverty in most African countries has kept on increasing.  Readers might be thinking why I am talking about all this, right? Well war is a drain on the resources of the world. The amount of fuel spent on carrying out attacks in enemy territory by land, air or water is a lot. The cost of rebuilding a war torn country takes a toll on the natural resources as building whole towns and cities dries the coffers of a country where everyone is unemployed as business is crippled by the war, it's an herculean task in a poor country. Black clouds close out the sun’s hot rays, The hot Earth waits for the cool water, It looks as if the sky sheds tears for the Earth, The time nears for Earth’s rebirth. My Life

I am a boy in twelfth grade, I have an extremely rare disease called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is progressively eating through my muscles. I have been Wheelchair bound since grade five. I cannot do nothing for myself, I achieved 90.66% in my grade ten examination, all thanks to my dedicated parents and my hardwork.

THE CHALLENGE OF THE ENVIRONMENT PART 3

Another challenge for the environment is the continued disappearance of forests in Asia, Africa and South America and the continent of Australia. These forests are considered biodiversity hotspots due to the abundance of different animals and plants. These forests also house animals that are not found anywhere else in the world, for example, Lemurs of Madagascar are an ancient group of species of monkeys which aren't found anywhere else in the whole world.  Orangutans are not found anywhere else except some islands in Borneo and Sumatra, known for its distinctly orange coat, they are exceptional climbers and spend years lazily exploring trees for fruits high up from the forest floors. The Sumatran tiger is the smallest subspecies of the Tiger and is limited to the heavily forested Indonesian island of Sumatra.
