MOTHER: GOD SENT HER COZ HE CAN'T BE EVERYWHERE

The pain she goes through while giving birth is unbearable,
The love she has for her child inexpressible,
Her efforts to keep her child happy and healthy irreplaceable,
Her faith in her child is unshakable.


When her child errs, she feels frustrated evidently,
But at the sound of the first cry, she is agitated genuinely,
Every minute of her life is so dedicated to her child, that the child’s absence will shatter her entirely,
Irrespective of her happiness, she basks in her child's success totally.


The depth of the bond changes over time:
But the essence of the bond will always remain sublime.


Initially as a friend,
The child shares things which only his mother will appreciate and comprehend;
A child can never hide any hurt or happiness from his mother:
She will look through however much he may attempt to pretend.


Each scolding is learning embedded
About how to live life;
The mother is the best teacher -
The best guide in times of strife.


The bond between the child and the mother is beautiful,
In a changing world the only constant;
God made the mother to take His place -
The eighth wonder of the world – with each of us always present.

MY AMBITION

Ever since, I reached grade five, my language kept improving, and, by the time I passed out from grade ten, it had become good enough to make my ambition of becoming a writer of stories. I had always had that ability to channel my ideas easily into words.    I was always trying to express myself through words. When I was about 2 and a half, I got this problem of repeating words thrice, slowly this problem receded, but, I remained a shy speaker in my class till I reached grade ten. In the farewell, I took the emotional approach of saying goodbye to my friends by making a speech, laced with a thank you to some bullies who had made my life miserable, but, also contributed to my becoming a rock of calmness amidst all I suffered in words. A Story From My Life

My family has done a lot of work in the field of education under the guidance of my late grandfather. Some 30 years ago, he designed the plan of a school to be built in our native town. That building used to conduct classes for boys till 10th. Now it conducts classes only upto 8th. In January 2012, after my grandfather’s demise, the school authorities called on us. They wished to conduct classes till 12th in the same compound. In February 2012, the work started and the new building was inaugurated on 31st March 2013. In the inauguration ceremony, I made a speech invoking the memory of my grandfather. The school was named in memory of my grandfather. By the month of May all the classes were operational. In the construction of this building, my father gave a lot of time and energy, but, a sterner test was yet to come.
